Active client relationships in the Australian mid-market (100 to 400 employees, sub-$50M revenue). Professional indemnity insurance current.

First engagement
Deploy Empirical AI on a live client engagement. Flat fee per diagnostic run. Linear scaling from the first report.

Factory access
Onboarded partners receive a private link to the Compliance Factory portal directly from Empirical AI. Access is not publicly listed.
